These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through PearlCraft Shop.

By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the terms below.

Products

PearlCraft Shop sells merch, accessories and selected PearlCraft products.

Some PearlCraft products, including custom steering wheels, PC39 wheels, Smart Wheels, VIP wheels, Eaton shifters, restorations, colour-matched work and special-order products, may require enquiry and confirmation before ordering.

Product information

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate.

Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and photography.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Orders and payment

Orders must be paid for at checkout unless otherwise arranged directly with PearlCraft.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if there is an error in pricing, availability, product information or if an order has been placed incorrectly.

Custom, personalised and special-order products

Custom, personalised, colour-matched, restored, made-to-order or special-order products may require additional details before work can begin.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including vehicle details, wheel style, colour choices, photos and any other required information.

Once custom work has commenced or materials have been ordered, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for change of mind.

This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, location and workload.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
