Shipping location

Orders are packed and shipped from PearlCraft in Pakenham, Victoria, Australia.

Domestic shipping

We currently ship standard online shop orders within Australia.

Available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Our current standard options are:

Standard shipping: $11.00
Express shipping: $15.00

Processing times

Standard merch and accessories are usually packed and shipped as soon as practical after your order is placed.

During busy periods, launches or trade events, dispatch may take a little longer.

Custom and enquiry-based products

Custom steering wheels, PC39 wheels, Smart Wheels, VIP wheels, Eaton shifters, restorations, colour-matched work and special-order products are not standard off-the-shelf items.

Lead times vary depending on the product, colour, required parts, repairs and current workload. Please contact PearlCraft before ordering custom or enquiry-based products so we can confirm details and estimated timing.

International shipping

International shipping is not currently available through automatic checkout.

If you are outside Australia and would like to purchase from PearlCraft, please contact us first so we can confirm whether shipping is available and provide a quote.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, carrier delays and your location.

Once your order has been shipped, PearlCraft is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Incorrect shipping details

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete details, additional postage may be required to resend the parcel.
